WordPress Security Package – £45

Security plugins are essential to any WordPress installation. Due to it’s open source nature, WordPress is vulnerable to nasty little Internet critters who mean you harm. This should figure highly in your business risk assessment and measures should be taken to prevent rather than cure. We provide the installation of a number of WordPress plugins that will sure up your installation, scan for virus threats and prevent comment spam.

Although these plugins are available free (we do not own them or have the right to sell them), they can be tricky to setup correctly so we charge you for our time, not the product itself. It is therefore a non refundable service.

Which plugins do you install?

We install and setup the following security plugins:

• Askimet – For comment spam
• Antivirus – For detecting virus threats across your installation
• LoginLockdown – Prevents brute force hacking attempts.
• WP-DB-Backup – Backs up your installation weekly or daily

If we don’t already, please provide an administrator username and password for us when purchasing!
